Skaneateles Jewelry, Inc. exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the original purchase by the original client or exchanged at full value within 30 days. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Sale items, special orders, modified and /or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
Special Made to Order / Custom: We regret that special orders are not returnable and that no refund or exchange can be made. All special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch or gift item manufactured or altered at the client's request.
