Charlie Davis of Skaneateles Jewelry walks into Hanover Square, where is to give away a $5,000 diamond ring. The appearance is part of a contest, in which Charlie's Facebook friends were given clues to find him at a given time in Syracuse. Turns out, his secret location was Hanover Square!
